ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Coaching, it just a word and it almost becomes a hype. But what is a coach? In my view coaching starts with qualified and successfully completed studies in the field of coaching but also being experienced by putting it into practice. Facilitation of people and teams in their development is a craft. You can’t learning it by the book.

I am a son of two deaf parents, they were both born deaf. I grew up in ‘silence’ and learned to live without sound and was always running around and caring for others. But I’m thankful for my background. I simply learned to listen well. It helped me to gain me a successful international corporate finance career with a focus on leading large-scale, global change and people programmes within the world of ING. 

My way of coaching is based on my personal background, my life experience (‘aging’ becomes a gift), and international corporate business knowledge strengthened with successfully completed studies in the area of coaching and systemic work. 

My methodology is direct and provocative, but it is taught from the heart (HARD for HEART)!
